Horse fiddle instrument is Mongolian symbol of peace and unity and one of the official intangible cultural heritage registered by UNESCO in 2003. To further promote Mongolian original musical instrument horse fiddle, the major traditional music festival is being organized since 2015 on Great Chinggis Khan Square. Each year during the Naadam Festival, Best of Morin Khuur festival takes place. Best cast and ensemble performs Mongolian and world classics.
